If you have applied to PENNAPPS....

Hello,
I don't understand the eligibility
"If you applied to PennApps XII, recieved an offer to attend and went on to confirm that you will do so, you are eligible to attend PennApps. If you attended and hacked at PennApps, then you are eligible to make a submission. "
Where do I go to apply to pennapps? on the right side of my screen it says I am registered..is that the same thing? I was half aasleep last night when I believe I "rsvp" for this event. I was looking for an application since it says "apply" Thanks.

    Applications to PennApps XII were available till July 5th on my.pennapps.com. You can only attend PennApps if you applied and were accepted through there.
